Sending Off in a Schools Game

If you have to send off a player within a schools game, the school is responsible for supplying you with a form to notify them of who you have sent off and why.

In case the school does not have these forms we recommend that you print a couple off and take them with you.

This form should then be given to the Headmaster (or coach to forward to the headmaster) of the school concerned

Once filled in you should complete and submit the sending off form (below) as per normal.
