The Entry Level Referee Award (ELRA) offers an outstanding introduction into the refereeing of rugby union and will equip you with the core skills you will require.
Please note that additional courses and modules are currently being developed and will become available over the next 12 months.
Whatever your ambitions as a referee, you will be given every opportunity to progress as far as you are capable. The starting point is the Entry Level Referee Award (ELRA), from which you can join one of the many Referees' Societies around the country. Once you are a Referee Society member, your development and training will be managed in a structured way and you will have the opportunity to test and challenge yourself.
